Place these beauties in a spot where they get bright indirect light. More mature plants can even handle full sun if acclimated slowly to the extra light.

At the beginning of the growing season they will benefit from a good feed of slow release fertiliser and if they're receiving adequate light and water this can also be supplemented with a half strength liquid feed every fortnight.

When you start to see roots matting on the surface of the media it's time to pot them up. Use a light free draining potting mix.

Water when the top few centimetres of soil in the pot has dried out, usually once every 1-2 weeks. It's better to underwater rather overwater these guys however if they are getting sufficient light they will use up water really fast in the growing season and the more they use the more they need.
